This item is a service request, not a physical product. 

Ship your HE280 hotend to us for refurbishment. We will repair and replace any part of your factory hotend. We also test and operate your hotend then ship it back to you. Normally requires one week turnaround after we receive your hotend. 

Choose the shipping option for return shipping of your hotend once we complete it. SHIPPING EXAMPLE: If you choose NEXT DAY UPS AIR, your repaired hotend will ship UPS NEXT DAY AIR after it's repaired. The repair can still take up to one week depending how busy we are. 

DO NOT SHIP INCOMPLETE HOTENDS. Heater block, heat sink, HE280 pcb, etc.  Please include ALL PARTS.

• current replacement parts only, no old stock
• bad parts are not returned, only good hotend

After Buying this SERVICE:

• Please put your order number on the outside of the package
• Please enclose a copy of this order inside the package
• Ship your hotend for repair to our address on your receipt
• We recommend signature required, we are not responsible for lost shipments.
