The CORE hotend parts machined by SeeMeCNC. 100% Made in the USA. Our hotend design has been used in our machines since 2013. These sub-assemblies are used in our production still today. A proven design when used with original SeeMeCNC products.
Assembled as follows:
- The heat break is tightly screwed into the heatsink using at least 30 in-lb torque, set aside
- By hand, fully screw the nozzle into the heater block, then unscrew one turn
- By hand, screw the assemblies from step 1 & 2 securely together
- be careful to keep the nozzle in position
- the nozzle and heat break meet in the middle of the heater block
- Holding the assembly by the heater block using a pliers, the nozzle is tightened using approximately 25 in-lb torque

- nozzle choice - brass or stainless M6 threaded
- heater block - M6x1 tapped hole - 6mm Dia Hole for Heater
- heatsink - M7 tapped hole through
- heat break - M6x1 thread and M7x1 thread
